It is only 30 minutes, but really all the reminder you need for why eating fresh and healthy is best! The host Gillian McKeith, and the shows commentator make it entertaining, and informative! You also learn a lot of valuable information!

Gillian McKeith is a great resource for healthy eating and living. I have two of her books (just saw them at FredMeyer) and she uses a lot of photos, bullet-points, and the layouts are easy to nagivgate…get the facts, the 411, and move on!
